In August of 2015, the world's population reached seven
billion people and overcrowding raised serious problems.
To combat these problems, a directive from the American
government was drawn up and put into action. It became
known as Project RUTH - Reduction Under Trusted Hands.
A select number of people were chosen to be housed in
shelters underground so that they could be returned to
the surface to assist in the eventual rebuilding of society.
But something went seriously wrong. Not everyone killed
off stayed... well... dead.
We possess an original open-ended plot, a free form app, a plethora of
possibilities for character interaction and development and friendly,
active admins. We do, however, ask that you bring your own shotgun.
