It's a nice day in Racoon City. There's just one problem, On dawn of October 1st, Raccoon City was wiped completely off the map by an experimental nuclear weapon, vaporizing the town and the surrounding forest. So how is it that its suddenly populated by everyone who has ever been apart of the outbreak and then some?

And I mean EVERYONE.

Somehow everyone is here including the people who had been killed. Some people are happy about the people who have been brought back, and some are not. Why won't they let anyone leave? And who is 'they'? who are you? And what do you have to do with this hole twisted mess?
